OK.. This is what has kept my attention yesterday and today.. After getting my sketchbook.. I designed the front and back cover and did a figure for one of the inside pages..

Prep for a sketch

OK.. I still haven't received my sketchbook but I'm not expecting it to be here by now.. I hope to have it in my hand by Monday or Tuesday. Anywho.. The ideas keep coming.. and they are invading my sleep.. I was so excited about it.., that I could not sleep until after 6 am this morning.. Not a good thing.. But I woke up this morning with a plan and an idea.. I know what one of my sketches is going to involve.. So I started doing the prep work for it.. yes.. I'm making paper double stuffed OREOs of all sizes.. They are not done yet.. Like I said ,..It's a work in progress.

Supplies for under $100

OK, first of all.. I shouldn't go into an art supply store without a chaperone.. But I got out of there with supplies totaling under a hundred dollars.. So I guess that stays within the project limits considering my theme is

Make mine a double

I bought enough supplies to keep it under $100.. That means it was in the double digits..LOL

So I got alot of stuff and a bunch of ideas in my head.. Lets see if I can put the two together..

The Sketchbook Project

I ordered my sketch book yesterday and I'm so excited.. All these ideas running through my head.. I got the email today telling me my sketchbook is being shipped out today.. YEAH.. So now I want to head to the Store and research methods for recording my madness.. Pencils and paper and pens.. OH MY!! So I should get dressed.. Cause times a wasting.. Ill be back...

My kids are growing up.. So I have a lot of free time.. So I needed something to focus on.. and I thought hey.. I used to draw.. let me try my hand at it again.. Its like riding a bike.. Right? Lol.. Well this is my journey.. Lets see what happens..
